Employee Referral Program
Receive up to 600$ with our new employee referral program!
If the referred candidate is hired and employed for 12 months, the referee will receive $600 and the referred employee will receive $400.
The referred employee must be active at the one-year anniversary date in order to receive payout. If referee is no longer with the company at the 12 month anniversary date, the referred employee (as long as they are active), will still receive $400.
In order to be eligible for the referral program the IMG employee MUST bring the candidate’s resume and completed referral form to Human Resources PRIOR to the candidate being contacted (there are no exceptions).
The program is open to full-time employees who have successfully completed their 6-month probation period BEFORE they can refer a candidate. Employees can refer 2 candidates per calendar year.
People leaders, Payroll and Human Resources staff are not eligible to participate in the referral program.
