We are pleased to announce that IMG has officially acquired Seal-Tite LLC, a 125-year-old manufacturer of galvanized duct, pipe and fittings produced particularly for the US wholesale market. Seal-Tite operates out of two locations: Hillsboro, OH, and Lebanon, PA. The initial purchase agreement was formed in December 2021, and the final ownership transaction has now been completed.
Over the past three years, Seal-Tite’s positive integration with IMG has brought many benefits to both companies. We share very similar cultures and values and are both highly committed to success. The experience has been quite successful on both sides and shows our commitment to growth in both the retail and wholesale markets on both sides of the border. Seal-Tite’s management team, including President Mike Kelley, have successfully managed and operated the business for over a quarter of a century, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
