IMPERIAL MANUFACTURING GROUP ACQUIRES POINTE-CLAIRE/GREEN VALLEY STEEL GROUP INC.

To all valued Customers, Suppliers, Representatives, and Interested Parties, Imperial Manufacturing Group of Richibucto, NB has purchased Pointe-Claire/Green Valley Steel Group Inc., which will now be known as Pointe-Claire Steel effective today.

The Pointe-Claire/Green Valley management team, including Michel Blais, will continue to manage and represent the operations of Pointe-Claire Steel. As well, all customers will continue to be served from our Pointe-Claire, Quebec and Bolton, Ontario locations and our head office will also remain in Hamilton, Ontario.

Imperial Manufacturing Group is a privately held organization which primarily deals in the air distribution and building products industry for the residential and light commercial markets. Founded in 1979, it has over 1,000 employees and operates in over 1 million square feet of manufacturing and warehousing space spread throughout facilities in both Canada and the United States.
